2021 Crop! We have loved the coffees we have gotten from the Mijane family's mills in Ethiopia so much that we decided to offer this natural process lot from Halo Hartume this year as well as the washed lot we have come to love.

The Halo Hartume natural is bursting with bright and juicy raspberry notes! This coffee offers the fruit forward flavor profile you'd expect from a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee but with a more delicate meringue like sweetness. Careful attention is paid to processing at the Halo Hartume mill to dry this natural processed coffee evenly to avoid defects and create a clean, consistent cup.

This coffee is lovely hand-brewed on a V60 or Chemex, but also can bring some big time sweetness in immersion brewers such as french press or AeroPress.

We recommend: V60 or French Press
