New crop! We have loved our coffees from the Mijane family's mills in Ethiopia so much that we decided to offer this natural process lot from Halo Hartume to compliment the washed version we've all adored.
The Halo Hartume natural is bursting with bright and juicy raspberry notes. This coffee offers the fruit forward flavor profile you'd expect from a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee but with a more delicate meringue-like sweetness. Careful attention is paid to processing at the Halo Hartume mill to dry this natural processed coffee evenly—this ensures a clean, consistent cup upon brew.
Our Ethiopia Natural is lovely hand-brewed in V60 or Chemex, but immersion brewers like french press or AeroPress can also coax out some big time sweetness.
