This Halo Hartume natural is bursting with bright and juicy raspberry notes. This coffee offers the fruit forward flavor profile you'd expect from a naturally processed Ethiopian coffee but with a more delicate meringue-like sweetness. Careful attention is paid to processing at the Halo Hartume mill to dry this natural processed coffee evenly—this ensures a clean, consistent cup upon brew. 

Our Ethiopia Natural is lovely hand-brewed in V60 or Chemex, but immersion brewers like french press or AeroPress can also coax out some big time sweetness.
