This beautiful coffee from Banko Gotiti boasts a classic Ethiopian Gedeb flavor profile with a soft floral bouquet upfront and crisp candy like peach acidity which compliments a delightfully long jasmine & black tea-like finish. 

Hand-brews tend to emphasize its floral qualities and light body. Batch brew or espresso highlight its brighter and deeper characteristics. Either way, this coffee is very special and we are thrilled to finally have fresh crop Ethiopian coffee again.
