We are elated to debut this exceptional Guatemalan coffee from Luis Hernan Lopez's farm Los Laureles in the Huehuetenango region. 

Coffee is a family affair at Los Laureles which Luis took over from his parents and hopes to pass on to his two children. In his own words: 

“As a small producer I am happy to know my coffee is high quality... Coffee farming
provides our family’s income and it has allowed me to give my family a better
future, and today my children share my love for cultivating coffee.”

The care that Luis' family has been putting into the production and especially the drying process of their coffee yields an extraordinarily complex cup that we are excited to share with you. It is an incredibly SWEET cup bursting with delight that evokes a slice of buttery spiced apple pie. That plus a lime acidity is mouthwatering and is augmented by a touch of basil in the finish that rounds out the complexity. Despite our nerdy description this coffee is easy drinking and sure to please just about any coffee lover.
