Our first offering from Mexico. Bursting with sweetness and chocolatey body, this coffee was a standout on our cupping table. It’s a classic and approachable flavor profile that is everything we look for in an everyday cup. 

Beyond how good this coffee tastes, we are delighted to be offering a coffee from the Cafe Delas Women Producer Program. As a woman-owned and operated business ourselves, we are super supportive of the important work Cafe Delas is doing. The program focuses on empowering women to lead and innovate in speciality coffee, an industry largely dominated by men. Their program ensures that the women they work with are not only the owners of the farms from which they source, but major key decision makers in all operations. 

This specific lot is grown organically and named Ki-Saya which is from the indigenous Mayan language in the area and translates to Ki meaning “tasty” and Saayab meaning “nature."
