Producer Nery Campos used a honey process to partially separate pulp from bean before drying, which enhances the distinctive bright qualities of this Catuai Amarillo (Yellow Catuai). What we get is a cup of coffee with a tangy acidity and subtle floral notes, complemented by a smooth, sweet body. This coffee is exceptionally balanced and flavorful, reflecting a commitment to innovation and high quality production practices.
