Our new crop of Ethiopia Worka Sakaro from Daniel Mijane has landed and it does not disappoint!

Boasting a classic Ethiopian Yirgacheffee flavor profile: a floral bouquet upfront and crisp peach acidity counterbalanced by a tea-like chocolate undertone, this is a coffee you could enjoy both mornings and evenings.

Hand-brews tend to emphasize its floral qualities and light body. Batch brew or espresso highlight its brighter and deeper characteristics. Either way, this coffee is very special and we are thrilled to have it back!
